Any funds that are identified as originating from fraudulent, illegal, or bonus-abuse activity may be withheld pending investigation.

okjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that these Terms and Conditions have been violated, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a legal or reputational risk. In cases of account closure, any eligible funds will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to the completion of identity verification and any outstanding investigation.
