1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Payments and Transactions

Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. okjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial institution.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified and are registered under the same name as the account holder. okjili reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds checks before processing withdrawal requests. Any funds that are identified as originating from fraudulent, illegal, or bonus-abuse activity may be withheld pending investigation.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law
okjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that these Terms and Conditions have been violated, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a legal or reputational risk. In cases of account closure, any eligible funds will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to the completion of identity verification and any outstanding investigation.
